Donated and didnt get my box

I donated from $50 to $200 donor, and I only received 1 prize box. I PMed Matthew the day I donated to $200 and he hasn't responded to me yet, decided to post this and leave it up.

 

Posting won't help Matthew isn't super active, he'll get to it when he gets to it (may be awhile)

 

Well I was hoping another Admin would reply. Roary told me to PM Matthew but ofc his last post was almost a month ago...

 

Matthew handles all donations, so I think only he can take care of it :\ Just wait and weather the storm

 

You get a prizebox for each $50 donation you do after your a $100 donor.

So you were suppose to get 2 prizeboxes in total, you said you got 1 so only 1 is missing.

Also you only get prizeboxes after $100 donor when you donate in $50+ chunks.

For example:

$100 donor
+$25
+$40
+35
would get you 0 additional prizeboxes

And
$100 donor
+$25
+$75
would only get you 1 additional prizebox

I agree with OP. You guys ask for / require "donations" for certain things, so when the "donation" (payment) is completed, then you need to provide your end of the deal. Isn't that the whole point of this website? Keeping people honest about transactions?

For example, if someone paid me $50 to train their strength to 99, and I took my sweet ass time, and waited a month before I started, I would be perma-banned.
