2nd opinion pls - Unjust Ban; Thread for appeal

I have noticed that I had been permanently banned on July 21st, 2015 (2 days ago). The apparent reason to this was due to: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1863560-rsctimes.html

However, what is claimed to have occurred in this thread is not what had taken place. What had happened was that I intended to trade user “OhiDer” in order to purchase 700M 07 GP at the price of $1.4/M and we agreed upon a 50/50 trade. We met in game at W308 Lumbridge castle in which he showed me 350k platinum tokens. All of my trades had been pure GP (coin) trades, thus I was skeptical and did not know what the platinum tokens were. As a result, I went to research about the platinum tokens and I did NOT respond or return to skype or continue with the trade during this time.

The transaction had NEVER progressed past the first trade screen of him showing the 350k platinum tokens. I was never given this money. I am shocked at the fact that I have been permanently banned without any proof or input from me on the forums. There should be a requirement of physical proof in the form of videos or even screenshots of which I GUARANTEE the accuser does not have, as this did not occur. If I had been given an opportunity to give my side of the story on the thread, I would have. I have been with Sythe for almost 5 years now with absolutely no infractions or complaints from any of my customers, and I believe that this ban is extremely unjust and unfairly placed on me. This was a guilty until proven innocent case, without any allowance of my input. I wish for you to look further into this case and ask the accuser for proof. I am a long-time contributing member to the Sythe community and I know that the system is not this flawed.

 

i don't see anything suspicious about the report made against you. yes, there is no physical picture of him trading you the gold, but the chat reflects that a trade took place. if you have proof of the contrary, feel free to post it
