Grilled up Omaha Steaks with Tony's seasoning and they were perfect!!

I grilled the steaks but plan on making some pizzas or pulled pork on the green egg soon.

Marinate them in some Balsamic Vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, a bit of garlic, salt + pepper, oil for 30-40 mins. I usually do red peppers, zucchini, portabello, and red onions on the grill at work for our mix. We do wraps with them and pizzas, they sell like crazy.

My dad doesn't take care of his grill really, but I may snag a few pictures at work of some juicy steaks, burgers, pork :)

Bought a pizza stone and did pizza. It's god damn great to make when the egg is at 650.

Eye of round roast has been on sale twice now so I've been eating a ton of roast beef I did on the grill and it's pretty kicking.

What temp and how are you going about cooking it ? Seems like something I'd want to try.

Also yesterday I cooked marinated chicken thigh on the grill. The marinade was made with a bit of olive oil, thai curry season, pepper, salt, cayenne and garlic. With around 3 minutes left I put a bit of barbecue sauce on. For a side I did thinly sliced potatoes in tin foil with coarsely cut onions, hot peppers and carrots with some garlic olive oil, pepper, a tiny bit of siracha and some greek seasoning.

I have a Big Green Egg so I did it with indirect heat, about 240-270F, with a hunk of hickory in there. I cooked it until the center was about 122 and then let it rest for like 10 minutes which brings it up to like 130-ish. I rubbed it with some salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika and then tossed a little olive oil on it right before I put it on. Dinner for the whole week right there.

That chicken sounds pretty great. I've taken to using less BBQ sauce and just mixing a crap ton of brown sugar into everything which makes a super tasty caramelized glaze.

That sounds unreal. I'll be looking into the sales around here. The caramelized glaze I'll be trying on monday because I have everything I need and I just have to wait to run out of the food I currently have prepped. Also this spring I caught a few fresh rainbow trout out of lake huron and a few of the smaller ones I cooked with the skin on on a cedar plank with some olive oil and crushed garlic it was delicious fell right off the skin.

I love it because it freezes really well so if I'm lazy and don't want to cook dinner I can have a great pulled pork sandwich ready in like 5 minutes.

I agree having a delicious meal like that ready on days you cbf or the weather doesn't permit fresh grilling can be one of the best improvements someone can make to their lives

I threw the rest of my roast beef in the freezer since I didn't get a chance to finish all three pounds of it. I'm going to see how well it works to like toss in a burrito or something.
