Is it not a proven fact that salads from fast food restaurants are the worst thing they sell? I swear I've read that somewhere. Chicken nuggets were supposedly the most healthy thing on the menu?

I don't know much about their greens and how it's made, but I'll assume it's healthier in the sense of what it provides. Here's a video that shows the comparison of the calories salads and burgers give. Ironically they used Burger King, the same one blue is talking about. So their salad has a bunch of calories, probably because of the dressing and other extra stuff they put in.

In all fairness, the amount of calories / fat aren't the way to tell if food is healthy. Look at the numbers on nuts food like almonds, they have high fat content and are pretty high calorie foods, but they're very good for you.

Processed sugars, low protein content, and trans fat / bunch of preservatives are what you want to avoid. Which is surely present in the salad dressing @ fast food restaurants.

 

You don't need to be eating salads, you're already big enough of a vegetable.
