You say you make 5x $5/hr on a slow day, so $25/hr. If we assume the average day then you make $30 / hour, and Bogla has an agent online 24h per day, that means:

24 hours per day * $30 / hour * 7 days per week * 4.5 weeks / month

$22,680 USD paid to employees by Bogla each month, and that assumes there is never more than one person working at a time.

$15-30/hr isn't that hard on 50% commission if you're actively going to the customer and trying to get sales.

I've done shifts where I go hard to see what I can make. Although I wouldn't be surprised if he/she is exaggerating just a tad.
