Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well I put in a pardon last time, it got accepted but my account stayed banned... This was about a month or two maybe.. I was waiting to see if it'd ever get unbanned because on my last thread they said it would be but it never was..

if your pardon gets accepted, it moves to the USL where it gets voted on again. if your account is still banned it means you didn't pass the USL round of voting and you can try again in 6 months
