lol those are obvious cracked cards. whoever tries to redeem them will end up making a nice penny the first week or so then get their paypal permanently locked, bank investigated for fraud, and never be able to open up paypal again with that bank. it's a hassle.

 

Not sure if you're serious or not since I literally have 0 familiarity with this topic but if they are, you should probably report him or request a mod investigate and keep someone from losing a decent chunk of change lol.

 

it's hard to prove it until it happens but yeah whenever someone needs a verified paypal account to take payments that they can't take for some reason... it's usually a scam.

 

i'm serious. i deal a lot with this market. there is no way to prove that they are cracked until you get fucked by paypal and have your bank account investigated for fraud. it's more of a playing it smart type of thing in this business. anyone with half a brain cell won't take on his service.

 

Either that or just simply used for money laundering purposes. Redeeming PPMC cards for other people is against Paypal's terms of service. If you're redeeming large value cards from different states and immediately sending them to an account other people are sending to you're going to get flagged by Paypal's fraud team. I had my account perm limited, and so did 2 other people that were redeeming at the time. After a 1 hour stern talk from Paypal's fraud department they unlimited me and put a note on my account. If I hadn't been convincing or had a 4 year business account with Paypal it would have remain limited as the others did.

I do give the person I'm redeeming for the benefit of the doubt. They received it as payment for something legit or purchased it. But because of the risk 2-5% it isn't worth it. 5% of $500 (max load limit) is $25. And the chances of being flagged for a $500 card are huge.
