[Resolved, misunderstanding] Yaan Li/Paul Chargeback Scam

The user Yaan Li/Paul opened a dispute against me today for 35$

I sold him 7.5b ikov in one transaction and around 10b in the other If I recall correctly.

Also you can see the skype on "Paul" is indeed "thankstwins" so Yaan Li/Paul are one person

This guy probably chargebacked from multiple other members too

 

there's no proof that he was actually yaan li though, right? he could have just been linking some random users's page? unless you have something else linking them that i missed?

banned paul for now, will wait to hear back on yaan li

Apparently he is having trouble "closing the dispute". I've told him to give me the equivalent in rsgp and Ill refund and close the dispute but he says he cant.He also claims paypal have sent me an email which they havent.

 

He won the first dispute for 14.93$
