Authenticator attached to my account

I was talking to Roary about trying to get my 2nd factor authentication removed and I actually searched my email and I do have my transaction ID for my donation.
My username on here is kriziad16.
And my skype is kriziad16.sythe

If any staff can reach me, I'd be happy to give you the PayPal transaction ID for the donation.

Basically, I attached the 2nd factor authentication on my Sythe account but I no longer have that app since I had to make a fresh install of my iOS. I need a staff's help to have it removed from my account so I can use my account again. I have already sent an email to [email protected] with the required information but I have yet to receive a reply.
Roary told me that if I have my PayPal donation transaction ID, I can get the 2nd factor removed but it's hard to get in contact with an admin since I can't skype any other admin besides Roary. I know that the staff can be busy but I'd really appreciate it if someone helped me out. Thank you!

Added to admin requests. After reviewing the PP transaction ID you gave me on Skype, they'll remove your 2FA rank (if it's the right ID ofc)
