PayPal Issues

If anyone has issues with PayPal message me here and I'll try and help.

 

Unauthorized chargebacks...

How to counter them lol

 

PM'd, by the way to people who post in here, I will only help out if i believe you are genuine, anyone I feel who attempts to use this to scam can bugger off to put it politely.

 

so if you're gonna just pm people, why make a public help thread? i feel like you should be posting things publicly or just pmming people who make threads asking for help; the current setup defeats the purpose

 

Why does paypal seem to only have buyer protection? I had a -100 dollar balance because i was charged back and couldn't do anything because they don't have any idea about virtual currencies..

 

I am also really interested in fighting unauthorized chargebacks.Even though i take a few precaution steps now, i believe there is something more that can be done .For bigger trades i ask for ID, paypal receipt, email confirmation.

In a case of dispute, should we let paypal know that it was virtual trade or not.The last dispute that i had,was closed within 2 days because i havent met "Sellers protection", i think that was because i was selling virtual goods and the buyer added note stating that.

I've messaged iBall. Johnny, I'm going to wait for a bit more activity and history from yourself before i send you a message. Unfortunatley with how relatively new you are issues like the one you've mentioned I can not go into detail with that issue at this time.

Also I've pm'd Super my reasonings for me pm'ing my responses to querys here and he seems happy for my reason.

 

any way to change your email address without having to make a new account?

 

add you're new email address, confirm it following the link in the email you will receive, edit it to make it your primary email and then delete the old email.

 

Is there any way to remove card info from a limited account? sent all the info required, but paypal staff are being cunts

Also still helping people if they need help. Doesn't even have to just be about Sythe trades, if people have questions their unsure of, i'll be happy to help.

 

Still offering assitance if anyone needs it. Also following a few posts people have done. Do not put fake/false names on accounts as the PayPal call handlers will not be able to discuss the account with you and also if it is ever limited they ask for photo id which basicaly screws you over.
