To start off I want to sincerely apologize for what I have done and I have since refunded all the money I owed Oogie from scamming him for his Red Partyhat which was $670. I also want to link my original pardon http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-...n-requesting-pardon-scamming-ban-evaison.html.

Last year I was looking to buy a Partyhat and after talking to Oogieboogie for a little bit he decided to sell me his Red Partyhat for $670. Sadly I scammed him after the trade and have regretted it ever since. On top of that I evaded my ban with my account Wukn in which I came back not looking to scam but to have a fresh start and for swapping and such. I was a donor on both my accounts CoinShopFC and Wukn as well as SVU on Wukn. I also made an account named Tristam that I abandoned soon after as I decided I wanted to have another name so I made Wukn. Ever since my ban I have not ever scammed nor have I before it and I have not ban evaded either. I have had time to think over my actions and the consequences they have caused. The account that I had named Tristam never did get banned which I am not sure why but even though I had full access to log on I never did as I didn't want to add more to my ban evasion. Since my original ban I have had a lot of time to mature and learn from my mistakes and I am sure not to make those same mistakes again. I was going through some really tough times when I scammed Oogieboogie but now things have become much better and I am really looking to be part of the Sythe community and if that means I have a market ban or a trade with caution rank I am completely fine with that and I understand your reasoning behind it completely. I understand that the Sythe staff might not be able to forgive me for my actions and I am as I said before sincerely sorry for what I have done and I know it's hard to forgive me for what I have done and I really hope you can see that I have changed as a person. I also recently got back into swapping and on my first day back I was trusted with 15m 07 (I'll leave screenies of it at the end) and I realize that is not much but for someone who has gone through what I have it really means a lot to have people able to still trade with me with confidence. I would also like to add that prior to my ban I did a lot of swapping for the clan "Coin Swap" as I was a rank their and did billions in swaps and I also amassed 39 vouches in my short time back on my account Wukn all from legitimate trading. I again want to really say how sorry I am and honestly it is hard to just try to say it typing it out as I feel I really can't express it enough. I really hope the Sythe staff can see I have changed for the better and I will be respect every staff's judgement on my pardon.

@Zuzel111, what your talking about was minutes after I got banned I asked you why I was banned and you said vading as you banned me. I then tried to play it off. I later after refunding $400 admitted that Wukn was my account I vaded on in which I said no to you minutes after I was banned. In essence your saying I didn't admit to lying about the ban evasion but it was in my pardon? Wouldn't that directly admit that I lied? In my first pardon you only gave me a no support which I understand mods don't have to say the reasoning behind the support but is it really fair to not tell me then after I refund everything and have everything cleaned up and finally ready to have a real shot to give me the reason why you weren't supporting in the first place? Yes I lied to you but I also already admitted to the vading in my first pardon which makes it so I essentially admitted to lying to you. I never even knew that was to be mentioned and it would have been a good heads up 6 months ago... Alas it's out of my power to do anything about not knowing but I'll be sure to add it in next pardon if this doesn't succeed because of that. Just thought it was a tad unfair but yeah.
