[2nd opinion please] I-use-range is a scammer!

I-use-range recently recovered an account I bought off him in October, I'm guessing he thought I wouldn't be around until now but he guessed wrong. I have tried contacting him since Thursday and got nothing back, which is enough time considering he told me he leaves his skype on "247".

I really never wanted to get him banned for this, especially the fact he's been here since 2008. I just want my account back - but he hasn't been cooperative and has been completely ignoring me, so I guess this is the only thing to do. I'm sure this is enough information to get him banned. Please let me know if you need anything else and I will do my best to provide you with the info, thanks.

IUR hasn't been online in 6 days. i'll message him about this report, but I'm going to wait to ban him until he gets back to sythe

IUR voiced his concern that the account hadn't actually been recovered in the first place, but he's been cooperative in trying to get it back for the buyer anyway. I personally agree, and I find the fact that the user won't accept a refund suspicious; I think the account may have been resold - thoughts?

 

If the 'victim' refuses a refund there's not much more IUR can be held accountable for. He's tried his best.

 

I don't want a refund because it was my main and only account that I spent way over 10x what I paid for it on, I paid in RS3 back in october, and since have done a huge amount of quests and turned what was a low level pure into a level 108 main. We are working together to try and get the account back though - I'll keep you updated

 

ps. the account WAS recovered. My email has not been compromised, it was recovered with the original information that only him and his IRL friend have, the name was changed instantly and he hasn't been online since

 

How do you know this?

You are entitled to a refund. If there is wealth that was lost on the account which you can prove, it will be added as part of the refund required.

However, as for the levels lost, I'm not sure if/what might need to be done regarding that.

 

IUR has given me another account to replace the hacked one, please close this thread
