Whats the point of skype?!

I can't stand Skype... Anyone can see your ip on there and it just seams like a hassle. Why is Skype almost a must when it comes to buying/selling virtual stuff?

 

So you can easily communicate back and forth even with multiple people at once. So people have a way to contact you. So people know when you're online. To know when other's are online. The list goes on.

And lol what are you talking about anyone can see your IP? Someone can get your IP from it but who even cares? It's not like you're relevant enough to be attacked. And no one can attack you unless they have a program to and what's the point. What are they gonna do ddos you? This is the real world, not middle school rs where ddosers seem like the most prevalent and scariest things ever.

 

Pretty much its the easiest way to keep contact with buyers/sellers.IF you have your own web, live chat might be your next bet.However Skype will probably remain #1 tool in selling gold.

 

This, and it's just an easy program to use. I remember back when MSN was the thing and everyone was using it. It had its disadvantages also (impersonating etc), so you can't really pick a program without disadvantages.
