[Manekon] Requesting A Pardon For [Ban Evasion] 0/5

Before you guys read this pardon, I would like to mention that I am going to come clean in this pardon, and get straight to the point as possible.
I am going to say this, so keep this in mind: I was reported for ban evasion but I want to mention that I have NEVER scammed a single user in my life. If you look at my sythe account(s) (explaining later in thread) I have not had one scam report opened on me. This is just to say, I am not a person to cause harm.

Yes, I want to come clean and be 100% honest with you guys, because I really do enjoy using sythe to interact with others and to conduct amazing business. So like I mentioned above, I was banned for ban evasion, this ban evasion linked to some random person with the same ip as me (either way pardon was declined). On my pardon on 6 god, I was telling you guys how this person my account linked to was not me, but it obviously was not believable because the same guy that was banned had the same irl name as me that was on my skype (James, my irl name is not James it is actually Josh) and our ip address had matched even though this ip was a vpn not a home connection. After losing that pardon, I was frustrated because I was conducting really good business selling kov gold and I was banned for the most ridiculous reason, linking to a random person using the same vpn as me? I know I shouldn't of ban evaded but honestly, I haven't scammed a single user, I am just here to make sales, and to help the community, and on top of that the reason I was banned was just inconclusive.

I was banned for "self vouching" which I had mentioned in my pardon that it was not intentional and some of the vouches may have been deleted since they were VERY old and i believe sythe did some cleaning/pruning a while back. But another reason I was banned for was because of "social engineering" which i forgot to mention in the pardon. I will admit that I used to dupe on many servers in the past, just for fun which isn't against the rules on sythe. I only did it to owners who just leeched off other rsps sources and were money hungry so I just messed with their servers a little (trolling users by causing dc's etc.) What I mean't by social engineer was telling the owner to pay me and I'd fix their dupe and if not i'd ruin the economy. It was wrong at first but I did it also to help the owner out by patching it so other dupers wouldn't just ruin the economy straight away. I would like to apologize for this behavior though, it was messed up in a way but I have stopped bug abusing/social engineering for a while. Not to mention, I never got to social engineer the owner. So there is the truth of which account I really did ban evade on. Only reason i never got banned for it was because I am always on a vpn and my ip never matched any of those on kingkobra. I will login on kingkobra to prove that was my account if requested.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I think you guys should forgive me for this because, honestly if you look at ANY of my sales threads, you will see that almost every thread has positive reviews, that I am trust worthy. I have NEVER scammed a single person in my life or have I caused any harm to any member on sythe.
I am here to have a good experience, to help others, and to conduct successful transactions.

All my vouches till this date on manekon, you can obviously see that I am trusted. I wanted to start fresh on manekon, but this report had to open up on me and I have been wanting to come clean for a while but I have just been afraid to and I've been having much success with ikov sales, but now is obviously the perfect time to confess.
I hope you guys can understand where I am coming from and realize that I have never caused any harm on these forums, everything that I have conducted on these forums have been legit, my sales pages show it and there are no scam reports on me whatsoever.

It was one ip that linked to me, please check the ip and see that it a proxy/vpn ip. Just because one ip links to me, and the first name
matched, doesn't mean that is me..
There are thousands of james out there, that isn't conclusive. Please match the ip's, and you will hopefully realize that we were probably using
the same vpn. I have never ddosed anybody on sythe or anywhere in general.

I am going to start off by saying RS PRO/PRO ACCOUNT SALE is NOT ME. Please staff, recheck ip's this was a misconception.
The report was so inconclusive, it just showed 1 ip and the name match, thats literally all... If you check, you will see it was infact a vpn ip. I can assure you this.
I'm going to be completely honest here, a while back when i wanted to sell rsgp gold, I knew if i wanted sales i needed a trusted sythe account.
One of my friends told me I could have his account but I had to pay. I didn't really think this was a big deal at first until now, because my intentions weren't to scam they were just to sell gold. So i bought the account for about $20 i believe. I considered this my own sythe account because I spent so many hours on it with so many successful deals, and I bought it with my own money so I considered it my own at the time and I wouldn't of expected him to recover it at all.. And yes those accounts , RSPS Gold Exchange, Pariah X, and Kryptonixz I did ban evade on as well, but i didn't even mention them because they were so irrelevant with maybe 10 post count. Wicked hunter is not me, probably the same vpn again. The accounts I vaded on were also legit sales accounts, none which had scammed. I can't remember if I vouched on my own thread on those two small accounts but I think I did, but I am sorry for that I was brand new to sythe back then.
And to the moderator part on ************, yes I am a mod, but I haven't really done any black hat activities on there at all.
Not to mention, on that site I have TONS of vouches, because I am a trusted user.
The only black hat activity that isn't really considered black hat is probably dupe on servers, and that stupid social engineer thing i said on that one thread which I didn't even end up doing and I regret even doing in the first place.
The forum is very broad, not everything on it is about black hat. There is sections for many things such as duping, general community things, coding, runescape, media, everything.
Sure there are some stuff on there that have black hat activities, but that doesn't mean i partake in them.
But back to what I am trying to say, I have made very silly mistakes in the past, but YOU have to realize that my intentions on these forums are not to harm anybody.
I will ADMIT that, the things that I have done to make sales is bad (vading) but to be honest, it didn't hurt anybody if anything it made customers/sellers happy.
So let me ask you guys this, have I caused any actual harm to any members on sythe with all these "reports" on me?
The answer is no, I have never even scammed a single penny nor have i caused any harm to any members with any blackhat activity attempts. All my doing's on sythe have been legit on any account I have vaded on.
The only reason I vaded was because the reasons I was banned for were just silly.
I am deeply sorry for all the vading I have done, but you have to know where I am coming from.
I am also very sorry for purchasing the sythe account, I really do regret buying it, not only because I got scammed, but because it is against the rules to buy/sell accounts, I just wanted to generate sales.
I did try starting fresh several times, especially on Manekon, but unfortunately failed.
Manekon was actually going in the right direction, was about to buy $25 dollar donator and get SVU, as my vouches kept increasing from my ikov swap shop.
I am hoping all my vouches/trust can prove me trustworthy..
