[Honestly can not remember my username] requesting a pardon for [chargeback

Your profile link: I can not remember my username as it has been around the 2009-2010 age i believe when i got my account. If you can look up my IP that would help out a lot.
Report/post/reason that got you banned:Bought an account way back and bank charged back paypal, which charge backed the seller.
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: If you have any record on my ban and who the victim was that would help out a lot as i will try and contact them.
Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: None
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well i bought a old school runescape account when it was the original old school runescape for $360 i believe, do not quote me on that as i do not know the exact amount. Trade went smooth everything went great. Then i want to say a few days later my bank charged back the money im guessing as a security procedure as it was a out of country purchase and i just opened up my first banking account. Then paypal charged back the seller and then he made a dispute and i was young i admit i didn't give the money back as i didn't have it and i wasn't able to keep the account so in my head i was like oh well forget it not going to try. So i was banned and that was that. I take FULL responsibility of the actions on my ban, im not going to argue about it or sit and fight about it, i was immature and figured i could get away with it and didn't. Why i should be pardoned? I honestly can't make you guys/girls pardon me but i at least want to try and give the seller back the money even though i don't have the account. And didn't have the account for years. I understand its been so long ago and why am i doing this now? I matured, i went to the military so i wasn't exactly free to sit around and do it so now im just trying to repay what happened. I am fully aware that even if i do refund the seller, given the seller still remembers or i have no idea how this is going to work, but if i am able to refund him i am aware that it is not 100% chance that i will be pardoned. Its just the principle of paying him back all this time. I hope you guys/girls understand and help me figure this out.

That is not my account as i do not remember that username or creating that thread. Maybe can you look up a account that used [email protected] as the email to create? or try [email protected], i think the ymail was my first ever email then it got compromised then i made the hotmail email. I believe if i can remember that the name was a anime character? Im not completely sure.

I am not the first or 3rd link but i am the 2nd link and that's why i got banned on here i think because i was banned on powerbot. So his last active was 2 years ago. I can try and send him an email via the paypal email he used. Would that be sufficient to try and contact victim?

Okay, I received the email to reset my password my username is iskillingz. As for the picture I am on my phone I can email you the picture if you want me to but I am at work and unable to access a computer right now. But I screenshoted the email and will be able to email it if that works out.

Ah so it hasn't been that long. Thank you for getting everything situated with the history. So what will happen next? What do i need to do in order to keep this pardon moving?

 

for starters, you should contact and try to refund anyone your scams have adversely affected. this would probably start with paying back the paypal chargeback

 

Okay, thank you. The only person i chargedback was him. So ill try and contact him. What if he doesn't respond?

 

Sorry again for the double post but i did some digging in my paypal history and i think i found the seller.The dates match up. But when i tried to email him i got a failure to send so maybe that email isnt in use anymore? I do not know what to do now as that was the only way to contact him as seeing he is banned as well. I have gyzoed pictures for proof.

why dont you just send the money to the account you originally sent it to?
