Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I believe I did ban evade prior to my previous pardon, however in the 6 months since I haven't even touched Sythe.
Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Prior to receiving my TwC, I was slightly involved with the market. I was looking for two things: purchasing an offsite forum account (for personal use) and selling my legitimate vBulletin license. After being reported for attempting to purchase an offsite forum account, I was then given the benefit of the doubt that I was unaware that purchasing an offsite forum account is illegal by Sythe's standards. When my 1 month (or however long the process to appeal TwC is) was up, I then appealed my TwC but used inaccurate information because I genuinely had forgotten what I was granted TwC. I mistakenly said that I was given TwC for attempting to sell a vBulletin license instead of why I was really given TwC. I don't frequent Sythe often, so that's why the confusion occurred and the mistake was made. After that mistake, I was then permanently banned. Then some time after I was permanently banned, I logged in to a friend's account just to casually browse Sythe. That account (Creationist) was also banned (for ban evasion). When I became eligible for my first pardon, I was denied most likely due to the ban evasion and suspicion of why I was purchasing an offsite forum account in the first place. Since then I've stayed away from Sythe and waited patiently for another 6 months to pass by. The reason I was looking for that offsite forum account was to reconnect with a community I had once loved but lost due to unfortunate events after being framed. I was looking for that specific join date (2009) because that's when I originally joined. It was incredibly idiotic on my part for attempting to buy the account in the first place, and I realize it made me look incredibly guilty. I put myself in a terrible situation, which I've been kicking myself for these past 12 months. Not only have I lost one community, but I've also lost another. I wish the Sythe on staff could see me through despite how shady things may seem. I've always been open to ID verification through Sythe's system and anything of the like. I'm not here to harm anyone, especially in the market. I just come on Sythe every now and then to casually browse what's going on in the universe of Sythe. Again, I apologize for creating this whole situation in the first place when it could've been avoided. :/ It's awful being away for over a year.

Support, it's been long enough and he's kept clean since his last pardon. Also, the user wanted me to add that he couldn't find any working name for his pardon, so I suggest he just use random characters, which worked. (He doesn't want to make it look like he doesn't care)

And just a note to mods, he received a TWC before his pardon, so if he were unbanned, he'd still have a TWC.

I've already admitted to using a friend's account, which was Creationist. As for the other associated accounts (Cookie & Dfs), I take no responsibility for as I've never created those accounts. Whopperfury and Whopper#00 are both my accounts, neither being used to scam anyone of anything. Also both of those accounts have relatively low post count to no posts at all, especially none in the market. There's no indication of me scamming anyone OR even attempting to, thus I feel strongly that this to be dismissed. Yes, I did "hack" my friend's account in the simplest form of the term. I knew the password and logged in, also alerting him that I was doing so. This was months ago, if not a year by this point.

Anyways, as previously stated, I haven't ban evaded since the incident. Creationist was the last time I logged in.
