Why were you required to pay back victims?

 

a user was scammed by a skype that zogre made impostoring himself iirc, but i might be confusing it with another case

 

Thanks for the response but that doesn't appear to be the consensus.

1. Is it possible for 2 Skype's to have the same IP and NOT be on the same network?

2. Did Zogre impersonate himself, if so, why was he unbanned?
3. If Zogre did NOT impersonate himself, why was he required to pay back the victims. Was it because he was WILLING to pay back victims AND admit to the self impersonation?

I'm not sure why this was treated like a pardon for a hacking as opposed to a pardon for a scam

Astrola almost seems too stupid to be intentionally malicious. His ban reason should just be that he is a danger to himself and to the community.

who was that wolf guy who got banned for spamming. not wolfrs, i forget his name

 

Pretty sure it was just "Wolf" and he got banned for spamming a lot before he sent a mass message out on skype containing someone's personal information and asking people to boot him offline.
