I have honestly have not broken any rules I am aware of. I have used a VPN/Proxy which I am assuming is against the rules. I did not know this.

I bump my name selling thread frequently on my Mobile IOS device multiple times to bump my name selling thread. It is very possible a previous user/evader has used the similar VPN/Proxy server, especially if it's one of the ones from the IOS App Store. I did not come here to scam any players, I came here to start a legitmate name selling/swapping business and it has been going very well. I have absolutely 100% positive feedback and not harmed anyone. I really believe there has been a mixup with another user that had matching ending numbers in the IP audit I've seen in the gyazo screenshot.
