Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: As I was going to get a middle man for some Oldschool Services, I was banned. Im just trying to go clean now and deal with services which dont involve me being able to scam anyone.

He's not eligible to pardon as of 1 month contact rule. He attempted on 4 June 2015.

where he, again, was sketchy and didn't refund. I'd present this to him in his next pardon.
