help with paypal

so recently i sold a huge load of rs3 gp but to new commers etc and they bought like 600$ worth in rsgp after i spent it like 3 days later it was chargeback now im - 600$ if i choose not to pay it back what would happen i live in the AUS btw i refuse to pay it as sent from hacked accounts

 

they wont let you use your pp account until you pay back

 

tbh its 600$ and i paid the runescape gold for it i dont care about the account im more worried if they like send an agent to my house to collect or some shit

 

they will call you and send letters if continue not to pay it they will get a company on you to pay back

 

If you used real information, they'll send the debt to collections eventually and your credit rating will be damaged. I wouldn't recommend it if you'll need a loan anytime soon or applying for a professional job.

 

but i sold the gold this happend before on my bros account he was - 500 aswell and he did not pay back and nothing ever happend so i feel more confident

 

Same thing happened to a friend of mine, here in the US. He told me the PayPal basically "sells" your debt to a debt collectors. Those debt collectors will basically nag you with letters/phone calls and visits to your house until you pay them back. In your brothers case, they probably lost it in their database, is my guess.

 

but everyone says over online they just fake it about sending agents to ur house sure we recieved letters but u dont have to pay them if u keep ignoring them they lock your account forever i tryed to log in and it was locked so yeah thats preety much what happens

 

You have it pretty set in your head what you are going to do so i'm not sure why you made this thread as you have disagreed or ignored everything people have suggested.
A debt is a debt, it will never go away.

 

I would never pay that 600$, paypal choose not to help you with someone scamming you then you can choose not to pay the debt.

this. don't fuck around with paypal in the same sense you might with jagex. they will try to get their money back, and you don't want to be trying to buy a house when you're 30 and get rejected because of something stupid like this. just pay it and move on. it's your fault for taking $600 paypal from someone untrusted and turning around to spend it immediately. learn from your mistakes and don't make similar ones in the future

 

in the future? when i turn 18 i make like 3.5m from a court case i won lol ill pay it then
