    Giving away a fitness guide to Chubby sythe users!

    title says it all i wrote it up in my spare time

    First thing is first you need to continue this guide not for a day or a week but for a month or more to see good results. How do i know so much about loosing weight? I am a body builder, not professional but i body build and know a lot about the human body. What you need to start off is the most important MOTIVATION!@!@!@!@!@!!@ Second thing you need to do is cut down on the sugars and the fattening food for example, fast food restaurants, soda. You need to also cut down on the things you eat. There is two things that is going to make this successful for you. One of them is eating better and right and the second is hitting the gym. When you are planning your meals think about the food look at the nutritional value. You are looking for low fat, low carb, low sugars and last of all low sodium because its not needed. Good foods to eat for breakfast are eggs a simple omelet with cheese will do, you want an avadado on an english muffin with that egg then put it on that bitch! Greek yogurt is also very very healthy to eat and they have all sorts of kinds and flavors, NO FAT GREEK YOGURT is what you need. That also makes for a good snack, also things you can also eat for snacks is things like

    greek yogurt
    nuts
    protein bars
    fruit
    low fat snacks etc.

    Now for lunch and dinner you can eat a variety of foods, some that I eat are:

    stir frys
    chicken (lots of chicken)
    steak
    veggies like asparagus with chicken (haha)
    pork
    other low fat meals you can think of or google
    Now for going to gym is the next part. In order to get results you need to go to the gym more than one time a week. As in atleast 3. When you go there you need to hit that treadmill to start off for the first couple weeks I would hit the treadmill and start out slow and move your way to running longer. Secondly you need to start lifting and you sweating from that will burn calories and fat off look up some guides or something on how to lift, what days and which body parts to workout each day and stick to that.

    Things that make people stay fat and get fat can be obvious but just for a couple

    being lazy and not going to the gym or getting exercise
    chips
    soda
    fast food
    lots of carbs

    anymore questions on where to go from where or what to do let me know, start a food plan for yourself like 3 days ahead of each week and get meals ready for your work alone with some snacks to eat there and remember your portions you are eating and dont eat HUGE portions, small portions but more times a day are better than 2 big meals a day remember that!

    Only skimmed it but where do you propose people find their motivation?

    Would have liked to see something about caloric intake, deficits & surpluses and macronutrients in general too.
