He posted proof of him trying to contact the owner of the website via AIM... not sure why that suffices as contact for repayment?
They're supposed to contact the person they owe money however the scam report was made by a different user. He claims it's an invalid report yet he was banned around the same time and it remains in the "Valid Scam Report" section...

Not to mention that he showed no proof of contacting the person who filed the actual report - who should surely be able to confirm everything was solved if it was?

And last but not least, as pointed out, he posted supposed "proof" of him trying to contact the user over AIM?

He has a skype listed and he seems fairly active on the website.. I'm sure if Traxar actually wanted to get into contact with him, he could do this quite easily.. Yet he seemed to avoid properly doing it by trying to use a defunct contact method that may not even belong to Philly in the first place (as he doesn't even have an AIM posted????)

There is zero proof of the report being invalid, zero proof of actual contact for repayment, and it seems he's desperately trying to avoid actually resolving the scam report which he has potentially lied about in the first place claiming it to be "invalid".. Good point, I am withdrawing my dispute until he makes a reasonable attempt to contact him via Skype.
