Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: My friend created a Sythe account and came over to my house and used my ip to use his computer. I vouched him without knowing this was wrong.
Anything else you wish to say: I don't think my friend has used his account in awhile and I understand that I cannot vouch anyone that uses my ip.
