All 3 accounts are similar having lost around 1.5-2m worth of items/cash.

account creation (bodybuilding.2015 is his skype) has refunded me the lost funds on the acc and is currently doing the service. Not sure yet whether he is in on the scam either.

Correct, but the fact still stands that Louteryv scammed me. They are both fishy, so a TWC would be good on 94barrage.
