    Do people sell league names?
    The market for LoL names isn't as large as Runescape's, however, rare names are pretty sought after and aren't very hard to sell.

    I also believe that LoL names are valued much less than if they were RSNs. (meaning the same name on a LoL account is worth less than if it was on a RS acc)

    As for name changes, as far as I know, there is no cooldown or limit to changing names. Although, I've heard of strange situations happening when changing regions with an account and the name having to be changed
