I still owe Farcast some money for paying back those scammed by my partner at the time. Still need to contact him since it has been a while since since I have been able to do skilling to get him his gp back.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
My memory of this event is a tad foggy. Ronbeno sold the account that i sold to him to another user. I have been asked to recover the account once or twice during Ron's ownership of said account. I never had any intention to recover my account due to being done playing the game on a persknal level. (Which was the reason for selling the account)

I hate that it has taken me this long. The skilling service I was apart of collapsed before any real money was made. I am currently chatting with another service in hopes to raise the funds needed to pay Farcast back. I am willling to do whatever it takes in order to return and I am truely sorry that I waited so long. All of the issues that arrised during the time of this case overwhelmed me. I now have a proper pc and I want to make things right.

so as i see it, the tl;dr is this:
-you're almost done repaying farcast (under 50m 07 to go!), but the repayment of farcast isn't related to your ban reason. and you can continue to do this after your unban.
-ron has asked you to recover the account for him several times, and you're now trying to get it back to it's rightful owner. you've been trying for months to no avail, so it seems that the "try to contact him for one month" clause in the how-to-pardon sticky should be evoked.

so afaik you should be eligible to pardon. are other staff okay with this?

You seem like a nice person, but the way you conducted your business and the sheer negligence on your part in regards to R2 and other scam reports pertaining to you make me feel like you should wait another 6 months.

I agree wholeheartedly with your response to my pardon. All of the problems I had in the past were out of sheer ignorance and I felt like no one could touch/harm me. I found out real quickly that I was blinded by the almighty dollar and I cannot stand having this amount of guilt on my conscience. If you feel that another 6 months is warranted, I accept your opinion.

We haven't always seen eye to eye in the past, but I would like to move forward into the future. I have learned from this rocky road that not everyone has your best interests at heart and it is a shame when you lose everything and have to start from scratch. Thanks for your kind words though. Glad to see you on staff as well.

i just ask you to take a moment of your time to weigh in on this. I know some of you may dislike or flat out hate me. You have the right to your opinions. Feel free to let me know how you feel and voice your concerns so that i may work on these issues in the future.

i support. i think you have a conscious understanding of what should be done to correct your mistakes, and your negligence was not malicious in intent. i also don't think you were harmful to the community overall, so i'm willing to give you another chance.

So from what I understand this really shouldn't be a pardon. You were told that you would be banned until this matter resolved, and yes it still isn't resolved, but that in itself is not a perm banworthy offense. All that needs to be done is to get ron the account back and you can be unbanned (I'll confer with dave but I can't see anything that says otherwise). I added your skype and we can talk there

 

No support this time around, sorry. You really abused your position of trust, and you beat around the bush for suchhh a long time without being completely honest.

 

Pardon is definitely more applicable in this case, IMO. Not only the account trading issues, but issues when working for R2P, and miss-handling of money etc. Also, it's been more than a month, so a dispute and unban isn't relevant.

 

Support. I've seen far worse trading habits from far less intelligent individuals.
