RSTrader1471 requesting a pardon for off-site scamming (another pardon) 3/5

Hello to all,

I believe this is my 5th attempt at trying to get pardoned for a ban which started a while ago, all have gone to USL and been denied. I am using my old pardon again, with a few things I needed to add.

Report/post/reason that got you banned: off-site scamming
Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I don't have it anymore, but please check in the upper staff lounge of my first pardon to see that not only did I refund everyone, I also paid one or two people extra money. The screeenshots AND confirmation from those affected were in my first pardon, I can't seem to find them anymore.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Well, I vaded as Cicak Mage, I was banned for evading BUT NOT as rstrader1471, you guys didn't know it was me, if you guys remember, it was someone else you thought was Cicak Mage but the name escapes me. I didn't want that member taking the blame so I told a mod that it was me and not that member, I confessed this before in pardons, this isn't the first time. I then again vaded as Grim Reaper, this time I wasn't caught and just fessed up to DJWeasel, I think that was the moderator I told anyway. Again, this was mentioned in my other pardon and is nothing new. So, why did I vade twice? Well, I just simply wanted to be a part of the community again and show I am not a threat to any of the members here, it was the wrong way of going about it but I guess I didn't think of it as breaking a Sythe rule, but instead trying to reprehend what happened I guess. I do see that it was wrong and after talking to Sythe, I do see that it was wrong to vade and it didn't help my pardon plee.

Adding to this, since my pardon I made an account to talk to sythe, which he didn't ban as he probably didn't read my last pm. It was called something like talk2meplz. I made this just to PM Sythe which he did point out was completely wrong. I was visiting Sythe often and I forgot I was logged in, so my last activity data was I believe in March, I noticed and logged out as to be honest I made the mistake of making the account, but I wanted to show even though it wasn't banned, I just wanted to PM Sythe, which again I know was wrong.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well, me and a friend were doing services like domain brokering and content writing on dnforum and namepros, my friend scammed I think $200-$300 claiming it was his domain and also scammed in terms of content as orders weren't fulfilled and money was kept. I actually found out but didn't correct his mistakes, I didn't want money out of my pocket to repay the victims so I kept hush on the situation. Cosrob found me out in a way and I then repaid everyone. I actually felt bad for one or two people so I paid extra and they forgave me.

For me personally, I feel I've been banned for a very long time and I've done wrong during my time away in terms of vading, since my last pardon I haven't vaded and am truly sorry for what I did. I feel I was a value to the community and I would like to come back and become an active member of the forum again.

Extra: If possible, I'd like to know how I don't get linked to banned members. As mentioned, you guys thought I was someone else when I vaded as Cicak Mage, perhaps because I am using BT as my ISP and my IP is dynamic? I just don't want this type of issue to occur in the future being linked to someone I am clearly not.

@video, you weren't a moderator last time I pardoned and mods probably don't care, but hopefully you remember you trusted me with like 1B+ on an account back when RS3 money was worth way more. I made a mistake with this whole deal, but it was a long time ago and I feel I made extra effort by paying people back extra.

This was my old pardon I used last time. Just to add to this, I've been banned for quite some time now, I understand why, but I'd really like to come back to Sythe. People change, I was around 17 or 18 when I was banned. I am now 21 years old and have only just finished my last year of university in the UK, graduating with a high honours degree. I have matured so much, I have started my own business and doing extremely well for myself. However, I always feel I as missing out on something, and that's interactive with the Sythe community.

When Stui lost his red partyhat and his investment money to a glitch, you promised to help him out and got him very excited. It seemed like you were doing it to look like a good guy, but then when you two were supposed to meet, you disappeared. What was up with that?

 

I hardly even remember saying something like that, I'm guessing something around 3 or more years ago. I remember saying it, you have your opinion but it wasn't to look like a good guy, but you're entitled to think that, it doesn't bother me. However, I don't even remember the discussion with Stui and what happened with it.

Don't really see this as being relevant. Maybe unethical, but even then, that's a stretch.

For the record his story is true, most staff thought he was Ricky, he was banned for being Ricky, then came clean
