    this is so dumb.
    Somebody scammed me $90. So how the hell are you suppose to buty accounts if the person can just use their ip and take it back. I had the account linked to my email and everything .

    Everyone report "AGRW" on runescape . That's the account that was stolen from me

    Yeah unfortunately original owners can always recover the account, I would only buy an account from extremely trusted users, even then I would be paranoid =|
