[LOL boosting] Bring back no asking for free lol vouches rule

I was trawling around the forums and stumbled upon this rule that is apparently removed, it was a quote by sypherz:

"Due to abuse of the vouch system, it is now an infractable offense to request free services such as boosting in exchange for any sort of vouch or verification. Boosters are urged not to give free services to those they do not trust. Repeat offenses may lead to a League of Legends forum ban.

If you are interested in getting your service verified, please get in touch with Sypherz, Sellerman, Superman, MohtasaUnique, or N4N0 who can leave you an official verification. Thank you."
    From a few years ago.

I'm requesting to bring this back because people message me way too much just cause I'm apparently a "new" booster (with jobs under my belt? lol) trying to leech for "vouch games" or "vouch boosts". It's getting annoying and also I think that these vouches would might lead to a scammer getting vouches cause no money is actually involved. So bringing this back would be nice, thats my suggestion thanks :)

    This is accurate.

Sellerman and I moderate the LoL section fairly tightly, please report anything we miss and we'll have it handled, thanks.

They usually PM me instead of posting on threads, is this still infractable? How should I report it?

I'm not going to infract someone for PMing/posting about a free boost, if it's their first offence. If they constantly do it/spam multiple threads with the same request, then I will.

Offering boosts in turn for a vouch/recommendation is allowed.

Offering boosts in turn for a vouch/recommendation is allowed yes, like offering free services. Asking for them, like asking for free services, should not be.

And if I didn't make this thread I wouldn't have known to report it. How will you know if its their first time if they just mostly pm people who don't report it for free stuff?

I think boosting and other services should be held to the same example, I'm sort of new around here but would someone be infracted for asking for free stuff?

People usually use the report post (or, in this case, PM) function in these cases -- you can do so by clicking the triangle at the top right of a post or private message. Posting a thread and asking for a free boost is against the rules. If someone pesters you via a PM for a free boost, simply report the PM and a moderator will handle it as they see fit. We are able to tell by the reports as well as the user's profile if it is their first offense or not.

I've added a clause to the boosting section rules to address the issue. http://www.sythe.org/lol-boosting-team-sales/1690738-lol-boosting-rules.html
