Are Black Chins worth it?

Well, I came back to OSRS after stopping playing for a long time and started to level hunter on my pure, I'm about to get 73 hunter and saw black chins are located on wildy so I've a question about it.

Are they worth it? Or should I just stick with red chins 'till 99.

I mean if they are worth the risk for exp and money.

 

Yeah they are brilliant money maker, but your better off not doing them at peak times, there is always pkers there, I've seen someone doing them at a PvP world before, they had their splasher splashing on them whilst they were hunting, not sure if that works anymore but that's the best alternative not to get pked for your chins

 

When I had a hunter account at Black Chins I generally took imp boxes and sent my Chinchompas back to the bank after every 50-100.

 

There are many PK'ers out there, so it might be rather annoying. But I would say it's worth the risk.

 

Absolutely, black chins are extremely expensive right now (~2k per I think)

Definitely. It's effectiveness really depends on your combat level since there are a lot of pkers patrolling the area.

Most people use imp boxes to bank every 50 chins. But I've PKed a guy with 700 black chins once You should just contact a single team and tip them off every time somebody bothers you. The big single teams love to kill any PKer that is targeting chin hunters.

 

very true statement. Me personally if your just trying to grind out xp then red chins are still good for xp/money at 0 risk rate.

I think bot chins is the safest way to not waste ur time

 

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of in my life.

 

Black chins are 120k - 180k exp an hour depending on your level and your method, red chins don't even come close to that, but then again Black Chins are risky.

Thanks, that is what I was looking for, an exp rate. I just hit 73 hunter will probably start hunting them in the next days once I catch some imps lol
