Paypal debit mastercard?

Is this worth? If I were to get one of these out of the store.. would it actually act as a debit card? Such as use an atm to get my available balance off paypal? If it's linked to my account ofc.
Just curious before I go get one.

 

why don't you just withdraw your balance to your bank if you're trying to remove it from paypal? it seems like your bank is already linked, so this feels unnecessary

 

Yes, it works like a debit card. You can get cash at an atm, pay in stores, or pay online instantly from your Paypal balance.

Remember Paypal isn't the most reliable company. You might find yourself limited right when you need to buy gas, etc. Its happened to me. Carry cash just in case or have a backup.

Nice to receive a payment and have cash in hand a minute later.

 

Because for some reason, paypal is giving me an "unknown error" when I give my routing and account number. I know the account isn't registered to any other paypal because I just opened it.

 

I'm thinking about getting a paypal card.

 

Try calling/emailing them regarding this issue ? Sure they'll be able to help you out.

 

i have the paypal mastercard, its great the only thing is it's 27% apr so always pay your bill obviously.

 

I emailed 3 days ago, no response and they always give me a lame excuse when I call.

 

I'm thinking about the same thing, but do they take a certain percentage out of every transaction?

 

It's not a percentage but $1.50 plus any ATM fees charged by the bank who owns the machine.

 

Contact customer support regarding that error, no reason to have a paypal debit card if you can just use your existing one.

 

never had a paypal master debit card but i wouldn't trust them with my ssn lol.

 

worth it but u pay atm fee+ paypal fee usually runs me $4.50 in fees so i withdraw max limit of $400 if im going to pay that fee. also i have two cards so i can withdraw $800 for $9 in fees
