cold shower?

I'll try taking cold showers, never knew there were any benefits. Maybe they won't suck as much if I go in not expecting hot water haha

 

Apparently cold showers are good for the muscles.

 

i just did it, hot water till i almost couldn't bare it and than full blast cold water, when i got out of the shower i just felt so good, so alive.
Will keep doing this everytime i shower now. Does it really benefit your health?

I also start with a hot shower and end freezing cold to wash off any sweat the hot may have caused.

 

After seeing all this about taking cold showers. I might have to try it out

 

Where I live the temp goes up to 40-45 grades celsius, so when I'm about to shower I turn off the A/C of my room for about 30minutes so I get hot and take a cold shower... feels like heaven.

 

I used to to warm/cold shower sessions after my workouts, it felt like i was recovering much faster, however i read some studies later on and find out that cold shower does nothing for your recovery in fact. I will post the article later, for those who are interested.

 

I will be trying this out today, one of these "James Bond" showers.

 

yea the james bond ones are the best, the moment you go out of the shower you will look completely red and feel amazing :d

Tried taking a cold shower once, never again will I ever..
