Scammed $400+ Huge Scam Mods Please Look

Hello all,
Yesterday was possibly the greatest day of my life with paypal and all the money I was receiving, but now it turns out to all just be fraud. I mean HUGE fraud.
I am not reporting to the report section, because he does not have a sythe account as he is already banned. So I might as well post it to where he got me, although I hate saying this, I was very stupid for allowing him to send me all of his "legit payments".
First off, I should've looked up his skype name on google. when you look up his skype name "chris.latema" you can already see that the first post is "Offsite scammer" where he was banned. This time, he got me even worse for scamming over $230 MORE than what he scammed for in that post.
What he did was somewhat interesting/suspicious, but I was way too distracted by all the cash piling in on my paypal ""available"" -notice I put double quotes-money. When I received every single payment (which I will post pics, but want to share my story), it was sent to my available money, so I used it up as fast as I could. Which don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to make sure he couldn't get a refund for the money, but I was making sure that all this money was legit. WRONG. Keep in mind this guy had over 3 buyers, so James Walters is the first, Thushyanthan Ganeshan is the second, and Ramin Ebrahimi is the third -which I will post all of their street address's, etc later in this post- Every SINGLE payment I received, ranging from $45.34-$200 was "legit".'til' this morning. I log on to see that my account had NEGATIVE balance with over $400. Every SINGLE transaction was refunded and paypal wouldn't allow me to even have a chance to make my claim against the dispute in the resource center -As I always keep vids or screenshots of buying/selling paypal-. Keep in mind what I said earlier, I spent most of every dollar just so it was legit all my money. Now that I think about it, I shouldn't have done that.
All the pics of the scam and fraud, also posting street address, etc.
If anyone could get his IP through his skype I'd be happy to do some things to his computer.

To any newcomers or people who have read this: Please BE careful.
A way to prevent this would be o look up his/her skype name and see if anything comes up, and be VERY careful with letters in a skype name. For instance, my friend got scammed for 20b from trading with a skype account named "farcaslsythe" when the real legit account is"farcasTsythe"
I will still continue to support this community, have only been around 1 day and this has already happened.

Call paypal, they should sort this out for you.

I did, spent over an hour with them and they can only refund $200. All the rest was somehow "recharged back"without any dispute or claim towards it. Fml man jeez all these scammers. ;(
