Inhaling weed the most efficient way

So what do you guys have to say about this? Some people saying exhaling some leftover smoke through your nose might affect the high and make you more stoned :nuts:, but I'm not sure about that.

Please no spam like: "You get thc in your boogers. Then if you pick your nose, you get high" lol

 

Just take a massive rip from a bong and hold it in your lungs as long as you can. After that, if you're able to do anything other than cough your lungs out, you probably did something wrong.

 

Pretty much this. Taking quick hits repeatedly works too.

 

Holding it in for two seconds compared to twenty won't make a difference, you actually need to circulate the smoke for the THC to stick.
And please don't take quick hits rapidly thinking it will get you higher. Think of it like when salt dissolves in water. You can pour as much salt as you'd like in the water, but it's not all going to dissolve, especially in the same place.

Thats why when I'm smoking blunts or a bong, lightly cherry the weed, puff, and while you hold the smoke for a sec, turn away and slowly inhale fresh air. that circulates the smoke through your throat and lungs, and is guaranteed to get you higher. if I ever blaze with a newbie i'll always show them this.

 

you either take big bong rips and hold it in, take big hits off a blunt and hold it in, or play chicago(with friends), it honestly matters on the weed

95% of THC absorbed into your lungs from a hit is absorbed in the first 3-5 seconds. Holding it any longer just leaves excess tar/irritants from combustion. Also never smoke resin. Other than that, you just need a bong and pool and you're ready to go.

Most newbies won't be able to hold it in for even 5 seconds. I know almost all new smokers will take a puff and release in less than a second thinking it's like hookah or they simply don't know you have to hold it in for at least a few seconds ¯\_(&#12484_/¯

 

You both inhale AND exhale it through your nose, the THC seeps into your boogers. Smoke them like a Dab or knife hit for the ultimate buzz.

Holding it in for longer is so pointless and causes extra damage to your lungs you don't need...

And you guys are right about newbies they exhale the smoke in less then second I'm like fucking this nigga be wasting weed.

You need a buddy to blow it in reverse siphon style. Called butt-guns and they are fucking rad as hell.

Giving them kinda blows ass though...

 

Personally I've taken to spinning my weed with herbal mixes of damiana, california poppy, catnip, coltsfoot, hops, mugwort and lobelia inflata. It gives more of an even burn and it stretches out my stash for a bit longer in tough times while still getting me fairly high as the weed is less concentrated so less smoke is wasted when exhaled.

Don't worry about the most efficient way, although I would say vaporizing. Focus on chilling out, getting high, and having a good time.
