    What I received:

Now you may be thinking "Ok, so they scammed you for $1.15 US dollars-- so what?"

.. But not only did they scam me for $1.15 US dollars, they low-balled me on the gold price. Their sythe.org forum post shows $1.7 - $3.15 US dollars per million.. And they said their maximum offer to me was $1.6 US dollars per million..

I do realize their post says "prices may vary" but c'mon, they went outside their displayed price boundary and then they stuck me with the paypal fees.

We clearly agreed in the chat that I would receive $19.2 US dollars for my gold. Then they leave me with some (avoidable) fees, and to make things even more uncomfortable, the representative asks if I have google'd how paypal works and asked "so how old are you?".

I feel I have been swindled into selling my gold for lower than was agreed upon and thereafter disrespected. Did all of their 9 reputable years include this kind of business-to-customer interaction?

To resolve this issue I want to either receive the remaining balance due ($1.15 US dollars) or appropriate discipline to their account.

    Future customers beware and aware.

prices on threads aren't up to date

it just looks like you had to pay fees... which is common when receiving international payments. goldsellers aren't gonna send business payments friends and family either. you should have agreed to who's covering the fee up front. this is standard, so im closing it.
