Ernis9527 scam?

So basically last night 7pm GMT he had just finished alching on one of my accounts which i was paying him for. About 5mins after i offered him to train me a accoun to 60 attack/str for 6m and he agreed, i supplied everything he wanted, made the account and paid him the 6m, about an hour later i tried logging in and he had not started, i said why have you not started? i need people who is quick and i can rely on and he got mad over losing 10m staking, i have a feeling my 6m was part of that and now he doesnt want to complete the service. So I asked how long will he be training on the account tonight he said it's 9pm so roughly 4 hours more so i logged in dismorning and noticed he has got 5 str and 3 attack on the account in 4 hours which he agreed would probably be complete today (Basically now he has no chance completing on this deadline)

Although i'd like to mention he has not yet scammed me but if he does not agree to do the service with staff members and me I'd like a refund from him.

I don't mind if he keeps doing the powerleveling but we agreed before thursday and he seems to be taking his time now i've paid, and now he's banned he's most likely going to just scam me aswell
