Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

Many know him "Ryan" Scammer/name sniper, History was created the day enjoyfreenames got banned.

Has knowledge of names and the same interests... name selling

Its pretty obvious its him he doesn't care though

 

do you have anything else to help substantiate your claims? like him saying his name is ryan or this guy who claims he's ryan being able to back it up? http://www.sythe.org/14685731-post7.html
