Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I was scammed by a user of this forum for $160 CAD. In my report thread I hinted at the fact that his "internet was down". Someone made a report thread on me saying that I was clearly ddosing this person. I was then banned for a week. I was very emotional and upset at the time, as I am sure you could imagine. I trusted someone who (has yet to be banned) had a decent amount of feedback and this person stole from me, and all that had happened so far was me getting punished. Because of this I lashed out at the person who made the report thread on me, and said more threats, and just more stupid things in general. He then updated the report thread with this and I was banned permanently. While this was happening I was planning on starting a business here. I had just recently made an account named "Ultimate Boosting" (the name of my domain and brand I was planning to start). I had already made over $500 in trades successfully and without troubles. However, once I was banned I didn't want to risk the account, so I logged off of the account, and let the co-owner/partner of my business take control of the account. I am only saying this because I don't want you all to think I was ban evading. This was never my intention. The only reason the accounts were linked is because someone resolved the IP on both of the Skype accounts (I did manage the Skype along with my partner)

I would like a pardon for several reasons. I understand that ddosing and the threats that I made are not only illegal, but unacceptable. With that being said - I never actually ddosed this person. I DID talk to my friend who is involved in that black hat, greasy sketchy side of the internet, explained to him what happened, and asked for him to ddos this person. I gave him his Skype, and as far as I know, I have no idea if this person was even ddosed or not. I made the threats I made and said what I said because I was upset, extremely angry and I had nothing I could do to this person who had just stolen from me, in my mind, this was the only thing I could do to throw a punch back at the person. I am not saying this as an excuse, or to justify what I did. But I am explaining it so you can maybe understand. I am not a bad person, or someone who is involved in that side of the internet, I am a quality, contributing member, and honestly, I am a nice person. I reacted in a way I shouldn't have, and it's not a mistake I'll make again.

Hi, sorry for the second post, but I don't know how to respond to my pardon I made, also I would like this response to be added into the thread and noted, it is in response to superflous.

My response to his comment:

I would also just like for it to be noted that the MPGH profile you linked was banned FIVE years ago. It's a little unreasonable to involve that into any of this. It was banned for support abuse IIRC. Also, the EPVP account was banned for account sharing, and I can prove that. I shared the account with my business partner.

Additionally, the HF profile is COMPLETELY irrelevant. There is no proof of doing anything bad, or anything like that, yeah, some odd stuff about PayPal, but what does that have to do with the situation and me being a member on Sythe? I never did anything black hat/shady. My rep is the way it is because Omni, the owner "rep fucked me" for not reading the help docs and PMing him. Yes, he rep fucked/banned me over that. And like I said, I am not much of a black hat person, so I didn't know he was the owner, so I created a staff abuse report thread and was banned.

It really just isn't fair you picking these random profiles and saying they have any relevance to the current situation
