[2nd opinions please] banned for no reason?

i was banned for some reason, i never have ever been banned on this website nor scammed anyone. It says i was ban evading although i have never been banned. Perhaps its because i use 4g to check sythe ALOT and schools wifi? Im on 4g as we speak, i was checking my xbox live thread and it said i was banned. Someone help me please..

I found the post. First off, my real name is colby, Dylan is my middle name, I play csgo and Runescape, I DO NOT PLAY PRIVATE SERVERS. I think they're simply viruses.. My rsn is my real name. I bought an account for my cousin off a guy, you can add him if you'd like and tell him to ask you my skype name, if you do not believe me. I HAVE NO IDEA who elite dylan is.. I dont know how to prove it.. If you have his steam name you can ask Raze45 or just simply let me show you my steam account.. I sold one steam account, but its name was "colby41465"... Dylan is just my middle name, i never brag about my zerk. I just dont know what to do.. I didn't scam anyone! I have a couple of vouches, but that wouldn't prove anything. I like this site and don't want to be banned for something false.. I haven't scammed anyone ill say again.. Thanks for considering this.

Your logic is flawed. You act as if you can only have 1 Steam account. People can have 1,000 Steam accounts. The fact that you have used another Steam account in the past does not exonerate you.

You said I could have many steam accounts, but I have Approx. 270$ Worth of games on it, and if you could see when he was banned, you could also see my Steam account creation date. I respect this man who reported me, I would report someone who I thought scammed me too, but to be honest, he has no evidence that I am that man who scammed him. He said he played private servers, yes. I used to. But now, I think there viruses. If I can give any more proof I definitively will be willing to do so. I'm for sure not mad at the man who reported me, so if I do get unbanned no shots fired towards him.. I just think this is a big misunderstanding... Thanks for reading this =D.

The account I was selling was 100% mine. Its login username even has the last 4 digits of my social security. If a mod would like to see its login username, feel free to log in to it. My mains rsn has Colby in it, my twitch name has Colby in it, and my skype is under Colby, I can show you all three of them if you'd like. I'm just adding on the things i missed in the last one. I hope you understand. Also, on runescape, I can post a picture of my name, that it's ready to change so you know I didn't just change it. the more i think about it, the more i'm siding with dylan on this one

 

The fact that Fivebots comes out of nowhere and tries to defend DylanRS makes it seem even more like DylanRS is Fivebots. The fact that he has no solid evidence to prove he isn't who he's being accused of is sketchy by itself. The names matching, the interests being related, the account being the same stats as the one he used to phish a friend of mine all adds up too conviently to be a mistake of identity. He's trying to weasel his way out of this one.

Have a mod ask DylanRS for the name of the account he's selling and then Have that mod pm me, if the name matches the one (of two) accounts he used during a phish then he's automatically 100% Fivebots and deserves his ban without question for being a vader. If the name is different theres still a 90% chance he's Fivebots and ban evading, but we could hit the nail right on the head here very quickly.

I still have info to provide to a mod to prove he is Fivebots or at the least it will prove he has been using his Sythe to let Fivebots do business under the radar which would explain the same exact interests matching between Sythe profiles.

Post all proof, we don't have time to go through and speak to you on Skype to share it. Please just save the effort and upload the images/proof.
