He then disappears without refunding anything at all. I have contacted him on sythe and skype to find out he has then logged on, browsed the forums and ignored me.
Proof that the service was not completed: Its quite obvious from the chat I think, can link my op.gg if needed to a mod
Other relevant trade screenshots: If needed, can show anything else from the skype convo needed. Would rather arrange a time to screenshare though

Just FYI, nearly every single site/person (if not all) duoQ boost per game and charge $ regardless if it's a win or loss. So technically, if you played 5 games, that would be $25. However, based of the screenshots, it seems like he isn't charging per game, which is odd - there is no mention of what the payment scheme is meant to be.

Also, for future reference, $40 DuoQ from p4-p3 is insanely cheap, and most other sites charge around $8-$11/USD per game in Plat.

 

I am aware - I specifically bought for a division in this case (what I usually do), which is why I am expecting a refund from this. He did not mention charging per game/per win for an incomplete boost at any point in time before I paid him/before he failed the boost.

Thanks for the reference, I guess I should be more wary of users that charge that price. Should look towards ~60 for a division boost, though I do have high MMR (or had, before the "boost" lol.)

This should still be a ban though - he is ignoring me on skype while browsing through Sythe and making posts. Taking the money and leaving without completing service, even if it's only partially the money and even if it's at a cheaper price should never be ok.
