Stepzoll Ban

As my title says:
My Username is Stepzoll but will not allow me to post because the Username is already in use.

I am trying to figure out how exactly I was phishing, I haven't used Sythe in quite some time now. I followed the link in which it said I was banned for and have no clue what I am looking at. It's aplain white page with the letters p;

I don't know if I am posting this place in the correct spot. But I feel as I was hacked a while back or something and now my account is banned. I can provide as much information as I can in order to get my account back, but I am just trying to get back into RuneScape and other video games that I played prior to taking such a long break.

Just a little bit about myself, 3.5 years ago I joined the Marine Corps. Basically from that day on I had little to no time to play the video games I wanted to, I got thrown into a unit that was on a rapid work up to deploy. I finish that deployment and got back state-side to find my account banned. I didn't make an appeal because at the time I really wasn't interested in botting or selling gold on any of the video games, I was more soloely interested in just playing the games again.

As you can imagine I had been away from all the video games for about 10-12 months at that time and didn't care about the Real $$ involved that i could potentially be making... I just wanted to get back out there and play the games.

This being said, all I am asking for is the correct link on why I was banned, because http://puu.sh/4WTF1/e68d45c76a.png is not working for me.

I would like to appeal this ban, because I do not recall "phishing" for anything and without the evidence I can't really see what I was "phishing" for exactly. As far as "phishing" goes I have no clue how to do it and how it's done. I googled it and found out what it meant. But prior to that, I knew very little.

Please provide me the proper link in which I was banned for, because right now I have no clue what p; meant on the blank white page.
