Soda & Fast food

Just curious, how often do you all drink soda and/or eat fast food?
Note: Fast food also including places such as Chipotle and Panera alongside the typical Mcdonalds/Tacobell


As for myself:
I definitely used to drink too much soda (probably still do) and probably had a liter (maybe more) a day. Now I often get soda when I'm at a restaurant, but I no longer stop at like 7/11 to pickup a drink.

As for fast food, I still eat way too much simply due to the convenience and the social aspect of it. Friends and I will go grab Chipotle/McDonalds/whatever after playing basketball kinda thing, but it happens way too much tbh (multiple times a week.)

 

I useto to eat and drink a lot of fast food/soda, but recently i've learned to stop drinking soda and eating fast food, most i ever did was 3 fast food a month and no soda only 2 times or 4 a month now, since i'm trying to lose my weight for soccer ;3

 

Not too often, maybe like once or twice a month at most. I used to eat a lot of fast food for social reasons like you say, but I try to stay away from it.

As for soda, I rarely drink it. I drink flavored tea often though, if that counts as a soft drink.

 

I don't normally eat fast food because its kinda gross.

For soda, i drink it about every day.

I haven't had soda/soft drink in over 3 months, all I drink is milk juice and water~ My body has felt so great since I stopped.

As for fast food, maybe one or twice a fortnight, I don't have enough money to be buying it all that often.

 

I stop for fast food 2-3 a week usually. Decent places though, like chipotle.

I generally only drink soda when I go to a restaurant, although sometimes I'll bring a red bull to an early class.

90% of the time I eat pretty well though, I've been working out for about a year so I'm careful with calories.

I generally don't eat fast food. Maybe five or six times a year, mostly while traveling and in airports. And I drink maybe two or three sodas a month. No energy drinks though.

 

If you count Tim Hortons as fast food, then I eat fast food almost everyday (coffee + bagel). As for pop, I have a strong fresca addiction, and could easily crush 5-6 litres of it if it was there in front of me.

 

i try not to eat any fast food, unless im like really hungry and stoned at night, i dont really drink soda unless im thirsty and i just want some, i try to watch my weight and what i eat cause i used to be chubby

Fast food I eat here and there but really not often, sometimes when I'm out and hungry I have to indulge and sometimes coming home from college, but I try to keep off it as much as I can.

 

I drink soda once/twice every 2 months I'd say and fast food, rarely but I do go for McFleury at McD often during the summer (if you consider that part of fast food).

I eat out at least one meal a day (not necessarily fast food but often) 4-5 days a week. Have MAYBE one soda a day. I drink a lot of beer water and bourbon, I also fancy sweet tea.

 

I only eat fast food when I get high, because there's nothing else for us to eat at that time of night. Pop, again, only when i'm stoned. Other than that it's water for dayzz

 

McDonalds was always our 3am drunk stop. Literally no better feeling than ordering ten dollar menu Sausage McMuffins.

 

Bruh.. I know this feel. Nothing caps a night of drinking off better than mcdonalds
