    So I submitted my custom ranks after I got 300$ donor, and they still haven't showed up. I submitted them before others like Oakdice and Sept, and I see they have their custom ranks.. I got the automated pm from Matthew but still didn't have them. They were under the guidelines, so why haven't they shown up yet.

    Check your rank manager. It's a separate rank that you need to apply yourself after it's been approved.
