[Request] Unbanning of Badger191

Howdy!

So... I figure I'd give it another try. It's been around 4-5 years and I was just wondering if I could get back on the site, if you really see me as a threat, slap a TWC on me if needed. Still not sure if I should make a unban request or a pardon, considering I have yet to see much of a valid reason for being banned...

If any extra information is needed, feel free to ask and I'll post.
