Burntish wont refund my 10m07 Deposit and money he owes me!

Sythe Mod's please help me out with this problem.
So what happend is that Burntish asked me to work for him at "BurnServe".
He told me that I need to pay a 10m07 "Deposit" so that there will be no scam.
So I paied him the 10m07 to him and did some jobs for him which I still haven't got paied back!
So after I did some works for a Week orso I was done with hes service and wanted to quit and get my 10m07 back so that I could concentrate more on School, I still haden't been paied out for my work I had done.
But he told me I can't get my money back because it was a "Fee" (he clearly told me that it was a "Deposit" in the begin, not a FEE).
So I thaught about it and came to conclusion not to quit but to take a long break of the service because I won't get my 10m07 back, if I ever wanted to come back than I don't have to pay the 10m07 back.
There the discussion was ended and I took a break from hes service.
But now(today) I messaged him if there is any work because I wanted to come back to the service.
What he's response: You are fired...
He says I was undercutting and thats why I got fired.
So now I don't get my 10M07 Deposit nor my Money he owe's me for my work I done for him!

@ burntish: what's the rule, you can't quote people for orders unless....?

also, i don't see why you need to take a fee unless it's a security deposit. it should be refundable and should cover losses incase he scams someone, which is what you say here: http://i.imgur.com/9oloqQ6.jpg

unless i'm missing something, you owe goldeneye the 10m 07 deposit + the money he earned from skilling

These are the rules as outlined in the teamspeak. I'm currently in there, and you can come ask questions if needed.
I do not know when these were last changed, as teamspeak does not timestamp changes.
Please always follow these rules whenever available to work or working:

1) Always be in the teamspeak when available to work. I will no longer ask anyone on skype for work and will ask the people in here.

2) When Working, Always be in teamspeak and be responsive. If I notice a worker not responding there will be consequences. Also, whenever working have the "Working" Server group turned on aswell as have the account you are working on in your teamspeak name.

3) I check every account before giving a worker the info for stats & wealth. If anything happens that wasnt supposed to tell me asap and never lie. If I find out that a wrong stat was levelled or there was a misplacement of wealth there will be severe consequences.

4) There will be absolutely no botting what so ever in any of our services. If an account gets banned during or soon after the completion of service I will look into it in detail.

5) Whenever you finish a task in a order you will take screenshots of it while having "Burnserver *Quest name* Completion" in the chat bar. you will send me these pictures on skype

6) In every order, the worker on the account has to keep me updated with every milestone of the task such as Stat level completion/ quest completion on SKYPE. For skilling send me the starting level/xp as well as the finishing level/xp. As I split orders between workers, If you dont claim your work before getting off it is not my fault if it is claimed by the next worker.

7) Once you are working with burnserve, you are not allowed to work alone and undercut fellow workers. If I see this happening you will be instantly kicked.

8) You have to let me know EVERY time you START working on a account aswell as when you STOP.

9) Most importantly, NEVER lie to me. If you come forth with a mistake you have made or any problem I will be 100% supportive and will try my best to help you out. If however, I find out you have broken a rule or made a mistake from someone else before you have come clean to me there will be SERIOUS consequences.

 

anyway, final ruling is refund him the 10m + whatever he earned from the skilling service while working there. if there is disagreement about this lmk
