@OP, if the account is fully quested you can be looking at a minimum of 120-150$, as it's practically the base of a dh pker account. All that's left is to afk nmz for 99 str

If you had a good rep, you could get $100+ out of it, it's a good starter account. But seeing as you are new with 0? vouches, you'd be lucky to find a buyer. Just being completely honest with you.

 

but if someone with many vouches were buying this i would go first, or we could always use mm?

 

That would work for any trade except an RS account trade. An official middleman can't prevent the account from being recovered as soon as the trade is complete.
