The issue is: The delivery time promised by me was 3 weeks. Its just been 3 days since the order is placed and today morning he messaged me on skype saying that the account was in lumbridge with no items in inventory. He claimed he had lost his firecape and food and changed the account password without even letting me login and see the bank myself. He paid me 40m 07 for the service. Now hes asking for a refund, my T.O.S clearly states that no refund would be given if the password is changed. I even talked to my worker and he told me he didnt died at all. Last time he logged out was at Rock crabs where he was training. Zulk didnt even let me login and check the account myself but he changed the password rightaway claiming that he lost the stuff which is not possible.

I dont know how to handle this. I'll let the mods decide and do whatever they tell me to. I dont want any hassle or anything, Ill follow mods decision. Cheers ^_^

 

Your ToS do not trump Sythe rules, but still, we're gonna need more proof about what happened. Who's your worker? Have him post his side of things.

Also, when did the user change his pass? After claiming his account was cleaned out, or before? I'm assuming it was after but just want to be clear.

 

My worker is not on sythe, I have employees who train for me.
User changed pass after claiming that he was cleaned out.

Let me know if you need to know anything, im willing to help in order to get this resolved asap.

You can contact your worker on skype then. Ask him for his two cents.

 

My workers are not on skype or online, They are irl employees who come and train at my computers, we have a office sort of thing set up for them to work there.

When zulk asked for refund I couldnot refund him right away without even asking my worker if he died or not. Then he changed password even without letting me login and see if the firecape and stuff is lost or not. He had like 2k lobs in total only when the service was started.

Moreover, the claim about new random people being added on his list is false because my worker doesnt even know anyone in game so why would he add someone?

Then later he wanted me to complete the service and says he doesnt want the items to be refunded. Idk what does he want..
