Looking to found/create CSGO team

About me:

-roughly 1000 cumulative hours in CSGO, a couple hundred in CSS
-been playing for 3 years

As for actual team breakdown:
-rank/skill: nova 2-MG1 skill, my rank varies depending on recent matches and if I take breaks from the game
-role: lurker
-secondary role: rifleman
-tertiary role: AWPer/sniper
-preferred weapon: M4A1-S


Looking for a team of competent players in my rank range (nova 1-MG1) that is North American and is located preferably in the Southwest. We will be playing the current map rotation and a couple reserves maps. Knowledge of all callous and nade spots is not a necessity. I'd rather learn this as a team because in my opinion it will help with cohesion, but if you know strategies then more power to you.
