Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
4 years ago I ran a questing service that was not massively popular. I enjoyed it and even offered it for free to gain support. After I felt that I had sufficient support from the community I offered paid questing. One of my earlier customers came to me asking for multiple quests to be completed with 10m RSGP as payment. I accepted the payment and when I was given the account details I could not log on. The user went offline shortly after and despite waiting a reasonable amount of time I was unable to contact them.
A few days later this person posted on my thread (I had deleted them from my contacts at this time) saying that I had scammed them. A report was posted and a week later I was banned.
I honestly feel as if this was a huge misunderstanding as I was not able to contact this user to complete their order or refund the money that I was given. It has now been 4 years and I feel as if I want to give Sythe another try. I am deeply apologetic about what happened and I would take back what I did if I could. I have no interest in running this kind of service where issues can happen again, I'd just like to use my account for other purposes.

Make an attempt(s) to refund the user. Send him a PM/Email/Skype, whatever you can find, and contact him for said refund. This pardon will start then.

 

As Sellerman stated, you need to attempt to contact the scammed victims before your pardon can be considered.

Please make those attempts/get proof of it
