Sorry, but by the looks of it on the skype chat, looks like you were actually trying to stream on his account. This is a common rule placed by people who provide stakers to rent and you broke it. Almost all TOS of these players include no streaming or cash/items on account will be kept. Don't know about the picture of in-game stream spam (could've been him on it or him spying from another account).

He didn't scam you. If he did then report him with proof of some sort.
